Between March and May 2015 we asked some 8,000 customers for their opinion about EASY and our solutions. We thank all participants for their support and especially for the clearly reflected trust in EASY: Around 90% of all participants are of the opinion that EASY and our solutions are of great importance to the company.
What is also pleasing, is that – On the whole – our customers rate their satisfaction with the individual departments between good and very good. At the same time, the percentage of users who are extremely satisfied with the product increased by 7%. Furthermore, the vast majority of users feel well to very well informed.
