New Web client: Fresh design, full functionality!
With Service Release 1, we are presenting an EXPERIENCE Web client that has been designed from the ground up, where users won’t have to sacrifice any feature because the Web client offers the same functionality as a locally installed EXPERIENCE Desktop client. The EASY EXPERIENCE Web client therefore provides everything you need for creating, editing and distributing documents, information and processes in your organization via a standard browser.

Daily increasing volumes, but also a plethora of a wide range of information, ensure that enterprises are faced with a great challenge: How can you guarantee in the future that all important and relevant information on a business process can be quickly retrieved anytime and via a central entry-point?
This is where the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Server EASY ENTERPRISE.x comes in with a solution. EASY ENTERPRISE.x facilitates central and revision-proof data storage of all information in enterprises, and quick search for its contents. The contents can be distributed in an enterprise, based on defined business processes, or forwarded ad hoc to individual groups of people.

In addition to being a high-end solution, EASY ENTERPRISE.x 4.0 hallmarks are, above all, its multi-platform architecture and support of both Microsoft Windows and Linux or UNIX platforms. EASY ENTERPRISE.x processes production-level document volumes with minimum administrative effort.
Handling business processes via EASY ENTERPRISE.x
EASY ENTERPRISE.x 4.0 provides workflow functions that allow representing simple and complex business processes. EASY ENTERPRISE.x offers two component versions of workflow: ad hoc workflow and rule-based workflow. While ad hoc workflow is a kind of user-defined workflow, rule-based workflows are always the equivalent of a process definition that is created on the EASY ENTERPRISE.x Server using Workflow Designer.
