Three successful days in Cologne:EASY SOFTWARE looks back positively on DMS Expo

Now that DMS Expo 2007 in Cologne is over, EASY has every reason to be positive: With more than 20,000 trade visitors, the number of visitors to the trade show rose by 4% as compared to the previous year – a trend from which EASY SOFTWARE, which presented its entire product suite, was also able to benefit. Additionally, the EASY booth was used intensively by partners to introduce their solutions and services.

For three days EASY SOFTWARE presented its entire product suite to DMS trade visitors. Overall, twelve partners made use of the opportunity to present themselves together with EASY at its booth. So all three days of the trade show were used to provide intensive information, demonstration, and individual consulting.  Feedback was positive throughout. The EASY booth also set standards in terms of visitor popularity. Both the EASY booth and the party illustrated that EASY SOFTWARE comes out top in regard to all aspects.

High visibility of EASY SOFTWARE

“The high ‘visibility’ of EASY SOFTWARE in the entire competitive environment was particularly striking”, says Dr. Torsten Engers, head of Product Management. In fact, with its height and design, the EASY booth was significantly outstanding among the mass of 385 exhibitors. The quality of the presented products and solutions was also convincing.  “Demand for workflow-based solutions such as those for incoming invoices for Navision and SAP was particularly high”, explains Dr. Engers. He adds: “Information about solutions for contract management was equally in high demand.”

An entirely happy event for the Sales department

In addition to Product Management, the Sales department is also completely satisfied with the results at DMS Expo 2007: “Through our competence and representation size at DMS, customers are aware of EASY SOFTWARE as the market leader”, says Richard Luckow, head of Direct Sales. “Processes are the priority with all prospects.” Luckow also confirms the great demand for EASY workflow products. “DMS Expo is a wonderful opportunity to demonstrate the entire EASY SOFTWARE product range through fascinating projects to a qualified trade audience.”

Product director Andreas Nowottka is satisfied with the results

On the whole, Andreas Nowottka, EASY director of the Products division, reached an entirely positive conclusion at the end of the event. “Our trade show presence at DMS Expo 2007 enabled us to establish valuable new contacts and to intensify old business relationships. The net result that was accomplished is to everyone’s total satisfaction.”
